3. Who do we share data with?
We never sell your data. We only share data with parties that are necessary to provide our service, based on data processing agreements:
  • Shopify (webshop platform and hosting)

Delete what you don't use and add what you do use.
4. Transfers outside the EU
Some of the parties above are located in, or process data in, countries outside the EU (for example Canada or the US). We make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as an adequacy decision by the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.
5. Retention periods
  • Order and invoice data: 7 years (statutory tax retention obligation).
  • Customer account and other customer data: as long as you are our customer, and afterwards no longer than [2] years, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

6. Cookies
Our website uses functional cookies (necessary for the webshop to work) and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. You can manage and later change your preferences via the cookie banner.

  • erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • restriction of processing;
  • data portability;
  • object to processing;
