Article 3 – The offer
  1. Our offer consists of leather belts and related accessories. Product descriptions are as accurate as possible.
  2. Leather is a natural product. Differences in colour, grain and texture, and small imperfections (such as scars or growth marks), are part of genuine leather and are not defects. Images may differ slightly from the actual colour depending on your screen.

Article 4 – Prices
  1. All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  2. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before you place your order and are not included in the product price.
  3. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed. Obvious typing errors in prices do not bind us.
Article 5 – The contract
  1. The contract is concluded when the consumer places the order using the button "Order with obligation to pay" (or an equivalent text) and the payment has been successful.
  2. We will send a confirmation by email as soon as possible, containing the details of the order.

  2. How to withdraw and how we refund you is described on the "Shipping & Returns" page, which forms part of these terms.
Article 9 – Conformity and warranty
  1. We guarantee that the products comply with the contract, with the specifications stated in the product description, and with reasonable requirements of quality and usability.
  2. Defects covered by the statutory warranty will be repaired or replaced free of charge, or we will (partially) refund you if repair or replacement is not possible.
  3. Normal wear, patina, scratches and creases in the leather that develop with use, as well as damage caused by improper use or care, are not covered by the warranty.
  4. Report any defects you discover within a reasonable time via [EMAIL ADDRESS]. A report made within two months of discovery is in any case considered timely.
Article 10 – Complaints
  1. Complaints can be submitted via [EMAIL ADDRESS]. We will respond within 14 days of receipt with a substantive reply or an indication of when you can expect an answer.

  1. Our liability is limited to direct damage and to a maximum of the invoice amount of the order in question, except in the case of intent or deliberate recklessness.

Article 12 – Governing law and disputes
  1. All contracts are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you live remain fully applicable.
  2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
